Welcome to a space where we take time to understand what it means to rest, reset and get back to feeling good.

Whether you work in a professional setting and need counselling support for yourself or someone you care about, you are where you need to be right now.

Looking for support with your school’s mental health program? You are in the right spot!

Where to start?

Challenges with finding balance, wanting to shift gears, and or feeling the need to leave it all behind can be a hard place to be in. Sometimes our past is the burden or our present circumstance, sometimes it’s our work or home situation.

I’m glad you’re here - in this moment you are where you need to be. Beauty and change can come from this too.

A bit about me

Marge Kloet BA MA CYC RSW

I am someone who is curious and always learning, someone who meets you where you are at, in your circumstance. I have learned the value of doing so over the years, through many different settings and wonderful people. I understand school settings, hospital settings, the responsibilities needed, the energy and the push. The tension of doing enough for students, principals, executives and feeling like there is still more to do. I understand how this same drive can impact many professionals in a wide range of settings leaving them feel tired, not knowing how to move forward.

I offer therapy for those who work in these settings, who are part of complex systems. Together we can consider new perspectives, understand past burdens, and look to positive change in a clear new way.

Thinking About Your School?

Why It Matters

Every school community works intentionally towards supporting students with a wide range of needs including social, emotional, physical, and educational. School communities strive to enhance learning and teaching approaches to work toward the goal of acquiring the best educational outcomes possible for each student.

Research has shown that supporting the mental health and wellness of students increases the educational outcome for each student. Students who have access to mental health support and are provided with regular social-emotional learning opportunities are more likely to succeed academically and have a stronger sense of belonging and purpose.

Weaving this into the school community along side cultural diversity sensitivity and a faith-based foundation, sets the stage for a flourishing school community.
